Trail Description:
0.0 km
The trail starts at the viewing promenade in the city park in Ślesin. We head toward the bridge, and after crossing it, we descend on the trail, riding along the lake and entering the forest.
2.2 km
We reach an asphalt road. We continue on this road. After about 1 km, we reach a bridge over the discharge canal. On the left, there is a panoramic view of Lake Ślesińskie. After crossing the bridge, we turn right. We ride along the forest edge on the right. We pass through the villages of Głębockie Pierwsze and Głębockie Drugie.
6.3 km
We reach another asphalt road. We cross it and continue along the forest path.
8.5 km
We turn right onto an asphalt road from the forest track. We are in Ignacew. After traveling about 250 meters, we turn left at the intersection. We continue on the asphalt road and cross a small bridge over the River Noteć. We continue straight.
10.5 km
In Wilcza Kłoda, we turn left. After about 300 meters, we turn onto a dirt road. We ride through fields and forests. At the crossroads of dirt roads, we turn left.
12.4 km
We reach an asphalt road. We continue straight, and after about 1 km, we arrive at Ruszków. At the intersection near the chapel, we turn right. We continue along the county road.

We are in Sadlno. At the intersection, we turn left. After 4 km, we reach Racięcin. At the intersection, we turn right and continue on the asphalt road.

We are in Nowa Wieś (in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship). At the intersection, we turn left. We continue straight for about 4 km.

We pass through Przewóz. At the intersection, we continue straight. After 500 meters, we cross a bridge over the Warta-Gopło Canal. We arrive in Mielnica Duża. We continue straight (to the left, there is a green trail option).

We enter Skulsk. On the edge of the park, we turn left. We reach the red trail, marking the end of the yellow trail.
